Maple Creek Farm is 106 acres of mountains and valleys in the highlands of Yancey County, NC. We are the southernmost commercial producer of  maple syrup in the country, and the only such producer in NC that we know of.

Although we are not certified organic, we use organic methods in our maple syrup production. Our farming philosophy is rooted in permaculture and sustainablity.

We sell our products at the farm (please call ahead). We are not set up for internet sales or mail order at this time.

We are open to the public for our maple syrup tour in February.  We can also provide tours for groups of 10 or more by appointment.
